基于产业结构优化的我国OFDI宏观绩效评价

Evaluation on Macro Performance of China′s OFDI from the Perspective of Industrial Structure Optimization

对外直接投资应该与从投资中获得的经济社会效应相匹配。本文首先运用灰关联系数建立多维评价指标体系,然后构建熵权TOPSIS绩效评价模型,从产业结构优化的视角,以2005～2009年全球排名均在前25位的14个国家为评价对象,对我国对外直接投资的宏观绩效进行相对评价。结果显示:在2008年之前,我国OFDI绩效呈现出上升态势,且与其自身的上升势头相匹配;但在2009年,我国OFDI绩效表现不佳,投资增长未能带来相应的产业结构优化促进效应。

Outward foreign direct investment(OFDI) should match the economic and social effects obtained from the investment itself.Firstly applying grey incidence coefficient to establish the multidimensional evaluation index system,then constructing the entropy weight TOPSIS performance evaluation model,and utilizing 14 countries which ranking top 25 in the world OFDI during 2005 and 2009 as the evaluation objects,the relative evaluation is carried out in this paper on macro performance of China′s OFDI from the perspective of industry structure optimization.It is showed that,in and before 2008,the performance of China′s OFDI presents a rising tendency and matches with its own growing momentum.But in 2009,China′s OFDI displays poor performance,with investment growth failed to bring the corresponding industry structure optimization promoting effect.
