摘要
目的观察电针配合止痛药物治疗中重度癌性疼痛的疗效,并研究电针对癌痛患者外周血内啡肽含量的影响,为镇痛疗效提供客观依据。方法将47例中重度癌痛患者根据数字疼痛分级法(NRS法)随机分成针药组(23例)、药物组(24例),连续治疗7 d,记录两组患者镇痛起效时间及持续时间,以及治疗前后NRS评分、外周血内啡肽含量等。结果针药组完全缓解率(69.6%)高于药物组(54.2%)(P>0.05);针药组平均起效时间[(24.55±8.16)min]较药物组[(39.37±15.86)min]短(P<0.05);针药组治疗后外周血内啡肽含量[(119.63±49.15)pg/mL]较药物组[(81.23±36.63)pg/mL]含量高(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗中重度癌痛起效快,镇痛作用强。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture plus analgesics in treating moderate and severe cancer pain, and to study the effect of electroacupuncture on the content of β-endorphin in peripheral blood of the patients with cancer pain, and to provide objective evidence for the analgesic effect. Method By the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), forty-seven patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were randomized into an acupuncture-medication group (n=23) and a medication group (n=24) to receive a successive 7-day treatment. The analgesic action time and lasting time, as well as the NRS scores and the content of β-endorphin in peripheral blood were recorded. Resfilt The recovery rate in the acupuncture-medication group was 69.6%, which was higher than that in the medication group (54.2%) (P〉0.05); the average analgesic action time in the acupuncturemedication group was (24.55±8.16)min, which was shorter than that in the medication group [(39.37±15.86)min](P〈0.05); after treatment, content of β-endorphin in peripheral blood was (119.63±49.15)pg/mL, which was higher than that in the medication group [(81.23±36.63)pg/mL](P〈0.05). Conclusion The integrated application of acupuncture and medication is efficient and effective in relieving moderate and severe cancer pain.
