长针透刺配合《灸经图》中艾灸法治疗面瘫疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Long-needle Penetrating Acupuncture plus Moxibustion in The Illustrations of Moxibustion in Treating Facial Paralysis

目的比较针刺配合《灸经图》中艾灸法治疗面瘫与单纯针刺治疗面瘫的疗效差异。方法将210例面瘫患者随机分为观察组(110例)和对照组(100例)。观察组采用针刺配合敦煌遗书《灸经图》图8所载艾灸的方法,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗。两组均连续治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组平均有效时间、平均显效时间、平均痊愈时间均少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合敦煌遗书《灸经图》中艾灸法治疗面瘫在疗效及缩短疗程方面明显优于单纯针刺。

Objective To compare the efficacy of acupuncture plus moxibustion in The Illustrations of Moxibustion with acupuncture alone in treating facial paralysis. Method Two hundred and ten patients with facial paralysis were randomly allocated to an observation group （110 cases） and a control group （100 cases）. The observation group received acupuncture plus moxibustion recorded in figure 8 in Dunhuang posthumous work The Illustrations of Moxibustion. The control group was treated with acupuncture alone. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after 2 consecutive courses of treatment. Result The therapeutic effect was better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. The mean time to produce an effect, the mean time to produce a marked effect and the mean time to recover were shorter in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conelusion Acupuncture plus moxibustion in Dunhuang posthumous work The Illustrations of Moxibustion is significantly higher in the cure rate and shorter in the course of treatment than acupuncture alone in treating facial paralysis.
