刮痧刺络法在椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕症预防中的临床观察

Observations on the Preventive Effect of Dermal Scraping and Pricking Bloodletting on Vertigo Due to Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy

目的观察颈项部刮痧刺络放血对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者在气温寒热交替的眩晕症高发时节椎动脉血供改善的短期效应和预防眩晕症复发的长期效应。方法上海地区在每年三四月及八九月间,用经颅多普勒(TCD)观察对照组1星期前后和试验组刮痧刺络干预1星期后椎动脉血流速度的变化及1年后的预防效果。结果对照组椎动脉收缩期峰值流速(Vp)及部分舒张末期流速(Vd)下降(P<0.05);试验组Vp及Vd均明显上升(P<0.01)。试验组和对照组1年后的预防效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈项部刮痧刺络干预可有效抵御气候季节因素带来的不利影响,提高椎动脉血液供应能力,进而预防眩晕的发生。

Objective To investigate the short-term improving effect of neck scraping and pricking bloodletting on vertebroarterial blood supply during frequent occurrence of vertigo due to temperature change and the long-term preventive effect on the occurrence of vertigo in patients with cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy （CSA）. Method Vertebroarterial blood flow velocity was measured using transcranial Doppler （TCD） in Shanghai area during Mar to Apr. and Aug to Sep. Changes in the velocity were assessed after an interval of one week in a control group and after one week of dermal scraping and pricking bloodletting （3 times） in an experiment group. The preventive effect was observed after one year. Result Bilateral vertebroarterial systolic peak flow velocity （Vp） and unilateral end-diastolic flow velocity （Vd） decreased in the control group （P〈0.05）. Vp and Vd increased obviously in the experiment group （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference in the preventive effect after one year between the experiment and control groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neck scraping and pricking bloodletting interventions can effectively counteract the adverse effects of climatic and seasonal factors and increase vertebroarterial blood supply to prevent vertigo.
