斑蝥青黛天灸膏存放时间与其临床疗效的关系探讨

Exploration of the Relationship Between the Storage Time of the Vesiculation Moxibustion Paste of Cantharides-Indigo Naturalis and the Clinical Effect

目的观察临时制作、存放1年、存放2年的天灸膏临床疗效的差异。方法将120例牛皮癣患者随机分为观察组、对照1组、对照2组,每组40例,即观察组用存放2年的天灸膏治疗,对照2组用存放1年的天灸膏治疗,对照1组用临时制作的天灸膏治疗。结果三组总有效率分别为97.5%、52.5%、37.5%,经卡方检验,观察组总有效率明显优于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.01),对照1组和对照2组总有效率的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论存放斑蝥青黛天灸膏的时间越长(2年以上)其临床疗效越好。

Objective To observe the differences of clinical effects among the vesiculation moxibustion pastes of different storage times： temporary-made paste, paste stored for a year, and paste stored for 2 years. Method A hundred and twenty patients with psoriasis were randomized into an observation group, control group 1, and control group 2, 40 in each group. The vesiculation moxibustion paste stored for 2 years was used in the observation group, the paste stored for a year was used in control group 2, and the temporary-made paste was used in control group 1. Result The total effective rates in the three groups were 97.5%, 52.5%, and 37.5% respectively. The Chi-square test showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group 1 and 2 （P〈 0.01）, and the difference between control group 1 and 2 was also statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The vesiculation moxibustion paste of Cantharides and Indigo Naturalis can produce better clinical effect when stored for longer time （over 2 years）.
