MSCTA在巨大卵巢及子宫肿瘤诊断中的应用价值 被引量:4

Applied Value of MSCTA in the Diagnosis of the Giant Tumor of Ovary and Uuterus

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(multislice spiral computed tomography angiography,MSCTA)对卵巢及子宫巨大肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的71例卵巢及子宫巨大肿瘤患者的CT资料。所有患者均行CT平扫及增强扫描,并行卵巢动脉、子宫动脉重建成像。结果 71例盆腔巨大肿瘤患者中,卵巢动脉显示率约42.3%(30/71),子宫动脉显示率约97.2%(69/71);56例患者的肿瘤来源于卵巢,其恶性肿瘤定位诊断准确率约95.2%(20/21);15例患者的肿瘤来源于子宫,定位诊断准确率约66.7%(10/15)。结论MSCTA可以清楚显示卵巢及子宫巨大肿瘤的供血动脉,在女性盆腔巨大肿瘤的鉴别诊断方面有一定的价值。 Objective To estimate the value of multislice spiral computed tomography angiography(MSCTA)in the diagnosis of the giant tumor of ovary and uterus.Materials and Methods The MSCT features of 71 giant tumors in ovary and uterus proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed.CT plain scanning and enhanced scanning were performed in all cases.The tumor supply arteries were showed in MSCTA.Results Of 71 cases,The display rate of ovarian artery(OA) was 42.3%,then 97.2% in uterine artery(UA).56 masses came from ovary,The accuracy of the topical diagnosis of malignancy tumor was 95.2%.15 masses came from uterus,The accuracy of the topical diagnosis of uterine tumor was 66.7%.Conclusion MSCTA can reveal the blood supply arteries of the giant tumor in the ovary and uterus.It really makes sence in the differential diagnosis of the giant tumor in the ovary and uterus particularly.
