渗氮/离子镀复合涂层技术在65Mn钢切纸刀片上的应用

摘要 票据机切纸刀原来用进口高速钢薄板制造,使用寿命达不到要求,且加工难度大,价格高。后将刀片材料改为预淬火65Mn钢薄板,采用电弧离子镀的工艺方法在刀片表面低温沉积TiN复合涂层,使用寿命达到要求,降低了成本和加工难度,而且沉积涂层颜色均匀美观。 The paper cutter of a particular model billing machine, made from imported high-speed steel sheet originally, could not meet the requirement of service life and it is difficult to process, and the process is expensive. When the material was changed into pre-quenching 65Mn steel plate with ion nitriding and TiN composite surface coating at low temperature. The service life of cutter reaches the requirement and the cost and machining difficult are reduced, the surface color becomes uniform and good looking.
