社区是社会管理的基础,具有重要的服务功能。服务型社区建设是社会发展和人们生活水平提高的要求,而社会管理创新则是服务型社区建设的必然选择。将物联网技术应用于社区,可以进一步提升社区的家政服务功能、安全保卫功能以及公共服务功能。面对物联网技术在社区应用中面临的诸多困境,要运用社会管理创新理念,对出现的问题提出科学对策,从而实现社区的智能化管理和人性化服务目标。

Community is the foundation of social management,which has important function in service.The construction of service-oriented community is the requirement of social development and the improvement in living standards,the way of the innovation of social management is an inevitable choice for the construction of service-oriented community.Appling the internet of things technology to community,can further improve housekeeping service function,safety function and public service function.Facing so many difficulties in the application,we should use the idea of the innovation of social management to put forward countermeasures for the issues,thus achieve the target that intelligent management and humanized service in community.
