慢病毒载体介导CD55基因抑制对BxPC-3细胞生长的影响

摘要 目的:探讨CD55基因对胰腺癌BxPC-3细胞生长的影响。方法:用CD55-RNAi-LV转染BxPC-3细胞后以流式细胞术检测其对细胞凋亡、增殖、周期的影响。结果:CD55-RNAi-LV转染BxPC-3细胞后,与对照细胞相比,细胞凋亡率增高至(33.84±1.09)%(P<0.05);细胞增殖率降低至(30.06±0.97)%(P<0.05),细胞停滞于G1期为(65.41±3.59)%(P<0.05)。结论:胰腺肿瘤细胞系BxPC-3细胞中CD55基因表达可能对其生长有调控作用,有望成为胰腺癌治疗新靶点。
