内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因G894T多态性与宁夏回族原发性高血压的相关性 被引量：4

摘要 目的:研究宁夏地区回族原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)人群与内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)基因第7外显子G894T多态性之间的相关性。方法:应用多聚酶链式反应结合限制性片段长度多态性方法对142例宁夏回族EH患者(EH组)和112例正常血压者(对照组)的eNOS基因第7外显子894位处进行基因多态性检测,统计分析该位点不同基因型及等位基因频率在EH组和对照组中的分布。结果:EH组GG、GT和TT基因型分布频率为0.831 0、0.162 0和0.007 0,对照组中分别为0.857 1、0.142 9和0,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);G与T等位基因频率在EH组中分别为0.912 0、0.088 0,在对照组中分别为0.928 6和0.071 4,两组对比差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:eNOS基因第7外显子G894T多态性与宁夏回族EH无明显的相关性。
