环境本底值背景值基线值概念的商榷

DISCUSSION ON THE CONCEPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL ORIGINAL VALUE & THE ENVIRONMENTAL BACKGROUND VALUE AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL BASELINE VALUE

该文对环境质量评价中经常使用而又容易混淆 ,且在许多刊物及专著上又极为不统一的环境本底值、背景值和基线值这三个概念进行了详细的描述和归纳 ,指出了三者的异同点及区别处 ,从而为生产、科研和教学使用提供了方便。

The environmental original value,the environmental background value and the environmental baseline value are used frequently in the teaching,the scientific research and the work of the environmental quality evaluation.But they are confused often easily and not unified extremely in the professional magazine or the monographes on the environmental science.The author has systematically summarized for three conception and indicate the points of similarities and differences in this paper.Thus,the scientific base has been provided for the use in scientific research and teaching.
