摘要
针对5LZ172-Ⅱ型螺杆钻具使用寿命短,难以满足施工要求的问题,通过改进旁通阀结构、研制等壁厚定子及配套转子、采用油密封传动轴以及挠轴等结构,研制出5LZ172-Ⅲ型高性能长寿命螺杆钻具。现场应用情况表明,5LZ172-Ⅲ型螺杆钻具在钻井液大排量条件下使用寿命为316 h,该钻具在多口井的应用中均获得了260 h以上的长寿命,同时减少了钻井过程中不必要的起下钻作业,提高了机械钻速,缩短了建井周期。
Model 5LZ172 - Ⅱ screw drill has so short a service life that it cannot meet the needs of field operation. Therefore, Model 5LZ172 - m high-performance screw drill with a long service life was developed by means of improving the structure of by-pass valve, developing iso-wall thickness stator and matching rotor and adopting the structures of oil-sealed transmission shaft and universal shaft. The field application shows that the life of the screw drill as a whole has been improved remarkably with the maximum life of 316 h. The application in several wells has achieved a service life of over 260 h. As a result the unnecessary tripping operation is reduced, the penetration rate is improved and the cycle of well construction is shortened.
