卷轴铺设中立管非线性有限元分析及参数控制 被引量:2

摘要 深水卷轴铺设系统中立管的结构强度及张紧力等参数是铺设过程中需要严格控制的关键参数。结合我国南海某深水气田开发的具体工程背景,利用ABAQUS有限元软件成功模拟了立管卷轴铺设中上卷、退卷及经过校准器的3个非线性过程,分别给出了3个过程中立管所受到的张紧力大小、应力云图及应变云图,并验证了该工程背景下卷轴铺设各参数选择及控制的合理性。非线性有限元分析结果及所得到的卷轴铺设过程中张紧力等各参数的变化规律,可为深水立管卷轴铺设提供技术参考。 The structural strength and tension of the riser in the deepwater reel lay system are the key parameters in the process of laying. According to the specific engineering background of some deepwater gasfield development in the South China Sea, the finite element ABAQUS software was adopted to simulate successfully the three nonlinear processes of the riser rolling up, unwinding and going through the calibrator in the process of reel laying. The tension, stress nephogram and strain nephogram of the riser were given respectively in the three proces- ses. The rationality of parametric selection and control in reel laying in the engineering background was verified. The nonlinear finite element analysis and the variation law of the parameters obtained such as tension in the process of reel laying can provide the technological reference for deepwater riser reel laying.
