摘要
从国际、国内以及邻省的横纵比较 ,研究了湖南省产业结构的高度 ,其基本结论是 :(1)湖南省现阶段产业结构高度大致相当于我国 90年代初期水平 ,与发达国家工业化加速阶段初期相似 ,产业结构高度在邻省中处于中等水平。 (2 )从工业化进程来看 ,湖南省工业化进程至少落后全国平均水平 10年以上 ,但考虑到湖南的工业比重及其重型结构 ,从工业发展的角度 ,湖南应处于工业化初期向中期过渡的阶段 ,与邻省竞争激烈 ,经济发展水平在邻省乃至全国呈退位之势。
The industrial structure in Hunan Province is studied and compared with that of China as a whole, neighbor provinces, and other counties. The main conclusions are: 1) the development level of industrial structure of Hunan Province at present is similar to that of our country in the early 1990s; 2) the process of industrialization in Hunan province has lagged behind the average level in China by at least ten years or more, and is in transition from early stage to medium-term stage of industrialization; 3) as there is keen competition between Hunan and its neighbors, the economic development level of Hunan Province may be ranked even lower among the provinces in China.
