摘要
井口装置和采油树产品是否达到PR2级的性能要求,只有通过符合PR2试验要求的试验设备或系统、按照规定的性能鉴定程序进行试验来验证。为此,建立了井口装置和采油树PR2性能鉴定试验系统,系统包括静水压试验台、气密封试验台、阀门开关试验台、悬挂器载荷试验台、步入式温度试验系统、气体收集系统、数据采集和监控系统等。试验系统经过8次阀门样机和3次心轴式悬挂器的PR2试验,试验结果表明其各项功能和试验数据的准确度均符合GB/T 22513对PR2性能鉴定的要求。最后分析了PR2性能鉴定试验成败的原因,并提出建议。
Whether the wellhead and christmas tree products reach the PR2-1evel performance requirement can only be verified by the experiment through the officially specified procedure of performance identification and the experimental equipment or system which agrees with the PR2 testing requirement. Therefore, the testing system for performance identification of wellhead and christmas tree was established. The system consists of hydrostatic test bed, gas seal test bed, valve switching test bed, hanger load test bed, walking-in temperature testing system, gas collection system and data collection and monitoring system. The testing system has undergone eight PR2 experiments with valve prototype and three PR2 experiments with mandrel hanger. The experimental findings show that all the functions of the system and the precision of the testing data are in agreement with the requirement of GB/T 22513 for the PR2 performance identification. Finally, the reasons for the success and failure of the PR2 performance identification experiment are analyzed and the suggestions are offered.
