摘要
按病种付费作为一种医疗保险结算方式,在我国部分地区进行试点运行已有一段时间,其在一定范围内的实施效果已得到体现。文章通过文献回顾,总结归纳按病种付费国内外实施现状以及实施效果,探讨分析按病种付费有效实施的相关问题。
As a clearing form of medical insurance,Diagnostic Related Groups-Based Payment System has been effectively implemented in some pilot areas.The status and effect of implementing Diagnostic Related Groups-Based Payment System at home and abroad were analyzed by literature review.And the problems in implementing Diagnostic Related Groups-Based Payment System were discussed.
