摘要
利用ISSR分子标记,对河南主栽的9个枣品种进行了遗传关系分析.结果表明,10个引物共扩增出96个条带,多态性条带82个.9个枣品种45个样本的Nei’s基因遗传多样度(He)为0.272 0,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.415 2.利用UPGMA构建了9个品种的聚类树状图,在相似系数取0.63时,9个枣品种聚为2类:冬枣、无核枣和鸡心枣聚为1类;灰枣、灵宝大枣、广洋枣、扁核酸、桐柏大枣和长红枣聚为1类.河南的栽培枣群体有着较高的遗传变异,存在着较大的选育潜力.
Genetic relationship of 9 major jujube cultivars in Henan was analyzed by ISSR markers on 45 samples. The results show 96 patterns were amplified out of 10 primers and 82 of them are polymorphic patterns. The Nei' s genetic diversity (He) of 45 samples is 0. 272 0,and the shannon' s informa- tion index is 0. 415 2. According to genetic similarity clustering by UPGMA analysis,the 9 cuhivars are clustered into 2 groups when the genetic similarity is 0.63. The first group consists of 3 cultivars,in- cluding ' Dongzao' , ' Wuhezao' and ' Jixinzao'. The other 6 cultivars, ' Huizao' , ' Lingbaodazao' , ' Guangyangzao' , ' Bianhesuan' , ' Tongbaidazao' and ' Changhongzao' are clustered in the other group. The cultivated jujube population in Henan has higher genetic variation and great breeding poten- tial.
