摘要
对10个不同甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)品种萌发期的种子萌发抗旱指数、相对发芽率、根芽比、根体积等生长发育指标进行测定,采用主成分分析法对多指标予以鉴定筛选,并以筛选后的指标为依据,利用隶属函数法对供试品种的抗旱性进行排序。初步提出以种子萌发抗旱指数、相对发芽率、根长胁迫指数、苗高胁迫指数和相对根体积为主要抗旱性鉴定指标,以相对发芽势、子叶相对含水量指数,和相对根长苗高比为次要抗旱性鉴定指标和以相对根芽比和干物质胁迫指数为参考指标的三级抗旱性评价指标体系。
Research on the 10 different varieties of Brassica napus L.during seed germination of seed germination drought resistance index,the relative germination rate,radicle/plumule ratio,root volume and other indicators of effective practical growth index,using principal component analysis method to identify and screening and with screening for use of the index based on membership function value method to varieties tested the sort of drought resistance.Initially proposed to seed germination drought resistance index,the relative germination rate,root length stress index,plant height stress index and relative root volume for major drought resistance index,the relative sprout potential,relative cotyledon water content index and relative root length-height ratio for the secondary drought resistance identification index,the relative radicle/plumule ratio and dry matter stress index for reference index level 3 drought resistance evaluation index system.
