摘要
详细阐述了用硫酸亚铁铵法测定锂离子电池正极材料LiδNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2中的锰含量。本方法锰的回收率为99.40%~102.20%,精确度高,准确度好,适用于规模化生产中的品质控制。本方法能够替代使用氰化钾的EDTA络合滴定法测定锰含量的方法。
The determination of manganese content in Li-ion batteries cathode material LiδNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 by ammonium iron ( II ) sulfate method was studied. This method is accurate and exact with a manganese recovery of 99.40%-102.20%, which is applied to the quality control of the large-scale manufacture, and can replace the method of EDTA complexometric titration using potassium cyanide.
