摘要
锂电池组保护板是动力型锂电池组应用的关键技术之一。锂电池组保护板在生产过程需要根据其所保护的对象参数进行严格测试,由于锂电池组保护板需要测试的参数众多,采用传统的手工测试方法不利于批量生产。研究一种串数可设、参数可调的锂电池组保护板自动测试台,可提高锂电池组保护板的生产效率和品质。
Lithium batteries protection board is one of key technology for power lithium batteries. Lithium batteries protection board in the production process requires the object of protection under its rigorous testing parameters. The protection board of lithium batteries needs to set many test parameters, and the traditional manual testing methods are not conducive to the mass production. An automatic test station of lithium battery protection board was designed, which could set a serial number with adjustable parameters, to improve the production efficiency and quality of lithium battery protection board.
