摘要
设计了一种无膜型被动式直接硼氢化物燃料电池(DBFC)堆,对由4个电池单元(电极面积为2 cm2)通过后空翻式串联而成的电池堆研究表明:其开路电位达3.6 V,最大功率达400 mW;采用KBH4为燃料时DBFC的性能优于NaBH4;放电稳定性主要受硼氢化钾水解产生的H2气泡影响较大。
A membraeless passive direct borohydride fuel cell (DBFC) stack that consisted of four unit cells was designed, fabricated and tested. The electrochemical experiments show that: the stack can obtain open-circuit- voltage (OCV) of 3.6 V and the maximal power of 400 mW at 1.5 V at ambient temperature. The performance of DBFC stack used KBH4 as fuel is better than that of NaBH4; the discharge stability is mainly affected by H2 bubbles from borohydride hydrolysis.
