稳压系统在非接触感应电能传输系统中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 非接触感应电能传输系统利用电磁感应耦合技术,解决了相对转动时能量的安全传输问题。电压的波动将严重影响用电设备的正常工作,着重研究了可控偏心器中非接触感应电能传输系统的稳压部分,并设计了一套大功率稳压电源。通过稳压系统的性能实验,测试出稳压系统可以提供48 V稳定的直流电。实验表明该稳压电源系统性能良好,具有稳压效果好、纹波小的优点,并且工作可靠。为非接触感应电能传输系统应用于旋转导向钻井系统提供了依据。 The contactless induction power transmission system has solved the problem of energy transfer during existing relative rotation by using the electromagnetic coupling. The voltage fluctuation will seriously affect the normal operation of the electrical equipment. The voltage regulator unit of contactless induction power transmission system in controllable bias was focused on, and the high-power regulated power supply was designed. The voltage regulation system could provide 48 V DC by the experiment of the performance of voltage regulation system. The experiment shows that the voltage regulation system has good performance such as high voltage stability, low output voltage ripple and works reliably. In addition, this experiment provides a basis for applying the contactless induction power transmission system to rotary steering drilling system.
