摘要
设计的晶体管式弧焊电源属于一种多功能电源,可以任意预置外特性曲线形状。该弧焊电源是以工业控制计算机作为控制核心,控制工作在放大状态下的大功率晶体管组,通过电流负反馈和电压负反馈控制来实现预置的恒流、恒压外特性曲线的输出,并以由大功率晶体管组构成的"压控电阻"作为调整单元,输出一定斜率的下降外特性区段。基于Labwindows/CVI的软件系统通过检测和判断所预置的电流电压阀值,实现对所输出的外特性曲线的实时控制。
The designed transistor type arc welding power source belonged to a kind of multi-functional power, which could preset outside characteristic curve shape at random. The arc welding power source adopted the industrial control computer as its control core to control high-power transistor group, and control the output of am welding with closed feedback to achieve the preset constant current and constant pressure outside characteristic curves of output. The resistance controlled by the voltage consisted of the power transistor group as an adjusting cell to output the certain descending slope outer characteristic sect. The software system based on Labwindows/CVI could realize the real-time control of the output of the characteristic curves through the inspection and judgments of preset current and voltage threshold.
