江苏高校专利技术开发价值导向指标体系探析——基于市场主导视角

Study on Construction of the Value Guidance Index System of Patent Technology Development in Jiangsu Higher Education Institutions Based on Market Leadership

结合江苏高校专利工作的现状与问题,如失效专利大量存在、专利市场转化率低、实施率低等,提出了江苏高校专利技术开发中基于市场主导视角的价值导向的研究。并从市场、政治、经济、社会和技术五个方面出发,选取了一系列指标,构建了相应的指标体系。进而应用了层次分析法对各指标进行分析,得出相应权重及指标重要性先后的排列次序。文章所建立的指标体系中市场居于最重要的地位,要尤其注重市场的各要素。

This article analyzes the present situation and the problems of patent work in Jiangsu universities,such as the massive existences of expiration patent,a low rate of patent market conversion,a low rate of implementation,and so on.And it proposes the research on the value guidance of patent technology development in Jiangsu higher education institutions based on market leadership.Considering the market,politics,economy,society and technology,the paper selects a series of indexes and constructs a corresponding indicator system.After applying the analytic hierarchy process to carry on the analysis on various targets,it obtains the corresponding weight and the indicator＇s ranking of importance.The market is the most important one in the indicator system of this article,so the various factors in the market should arouse our attention.
