系统视角下的企业研发人员创新能力开发机理分析 被引量:4

摘要 经典理论与管理实践都证明:人的创新能力经过科学、系统的训练、培训后可得到大力开发与提升。通过企业对研发人员特点进行分析,结合国内外相关研究现状,剖析企业研发人员创新能力的开发机理———"五角模型",从知识、能力、环境、素质以及动机等五方面,对开发研发人员的创新能力的机理进行系统、深入分析。使相关研究不再拘泥于传统上的"创造力开发"等单方面,而作为一项系统工程对研发人员创新能力的进行开发,为提高我国企业研发人员的创新能力提供重要的参考作用,对我国当前自主创新战略的实施具有重大理论及现实意义。 The classical theory and management practice have proven that innovation ability of people can be developed and upgraded after scientific and systematic training.Based on the analysis of characteristics of RD staff,combined with the related current research result,the mechanism of developing innovation capability of RD staff,named as "pentagon model",is constructed,which makes an in-depth analysis on knowledge,ability,circumstance,quality and motivation of RD staff.Therefore the related research of innovative capability of staff will not be limited to conventional "creativity development".Instead,it is a systematic project to develop innovative capability.Thus,the result provides important reference for enhancing the innovative capability of RD staff of enterprises in China.It also has a great theoretical and practical significance to China's current implementation of the strategy of independent innovation.
