应用实测载荷谱预测轿车变速器壳体寿命 被引量:8

摘要 以某轿车手动5挡变速器壳体为研究对象,考虑轴承、齿轮轴刚度的影响,应用有限元方法计算壳体在所有挡位下的应力分布,并进行了分析评价;同时结合轿车实际使用工况下的变速器工作载荷谱,应用多轴疲劳理论预测整个壳体的损伤分布,获得了壳体寿命;通过比较壳体应力分布与壳体损伤分布可知,重点改善1挡和倒挡时的壳体应力分布对于提高壳体寿命,快速完善壳体局部结构具有重要意义。 By taking the passenger car MT transmission case with five shifts as a studying object,by taking the influence of the bearings and the gear shafts stiffness into account,the stress distribution at each shift position was calculated by applying the finite element method,and the analysis evaluation was carried out.By combining the transmission load spectrum under actual operating conditions,and multi-axial fatigue theory was applied to predict the damage distribution on the entire case.By comparing the case stress distribution with the case damage distribution,it can be known that emphasizing on improving the case stress distributions at first shift and the reverse shift have an important meaning for improving case life and quick improving its local structure.
