摘要
为综合利用飞跨电容逆变器和双Buck电路的优点,以双Buck电路为基本单元构建多电平逆变器,提出一种新颖的五电平双降压式飞跨电容逆变器。该拓扑结构不同于传统的飞跨电容型、二级管钳位型或级联型多电平逆变器,它保留了双Buck逆变器无桥臂直通、无体二极管反向恢复问题的优点和电流半周期工作模式。飞跨电容通过逻辑电路对冗余模态进行选择,实现充放电的均衡。与传统的桥式多电平逆变器相比,钳位电路得到简化,电路复杂度降低,无桥臂直通隐患,系统稳定性提高。理论分析、仿真和实验结果均表明了该逆变器性能的优越性。
In order to utilize the merits of both flying capacitor inverter and dual Buck inverter,a novel flying-capacitor dual Buck five-level inverter was analyzed.This kind of flying-capacitor inverter was based on the main circuit of dual Buck inverter.Compared with traditional flying-capacitor multi-level inverter,the topology cherishes the merits of dual Buck inverter,such as no shoot-through problem,non-body-diode reverse recovery problem and half-period work mode.The topology also has the flexibility of the flying-capacitor switches array,which realizes the balancing statement of flying-capacitors by charging and discharging the flying capacitors through choosing proper logical controlling.The degree of complexity of the circuit is abased and the reliability of the circuit is improved.The simulation and experiment verifies the correctness and practicability of those analysis.
