摘要
为了减小双向全桥DC-DC变换器的功率环流,分析传统移相控制中存在的功率回流现象,并分析回流功率对提高功率环流和电流应力所起的作用。在此基础上,提出一种双重移相控制方法。相比传统移相控制,该方法不仅具有更小的功率环流和电流应力,同时扩大了传输功率的调节范围,增强了功率调节的灵活性。详细介绍和分析双重移相控制的工作原理,给出变换器的工作模态分析,建立传输功率及回流功率的数学模型,并对比双重移相控制和传统移相控制的控制性能。最后,通过实验结果验证了双重移相控制的优越性。
In order to reduce the power circulating flow in bi-directional full-bridge DC-DC converters,this paper analyzed the backflow power characteristic of converter.On this basis,the paper presented a dual-phase-shifting control method.The operation principle of the dual-phase-shifting control and the operation stages of the converter were analyzed in the paper.By establishing mathematical models of transmission power and backflow power,the paper comparatively analyzed control performances of the traditional phase-shifting control and the dual-phase-shifting control.At last,experimental results verify the excellent performance of the dual-phase-shifting control.
