Implement stringent water resources management system for sustainable economic development in Yongkang

浙江省永康市通过构建七项体系、强化七个机制、创新七种模式,积极推进最严格水资源管理制度试点建设,以水资源和水环境承载能力为基础,遵循水的自然规律和经济社会发展规律,加大公共财政支持力度,加强体制与机制创新,以水利信息化建设促进水利现代化,积极推进节水防污型社会建设,促进水资源合理配置、有效保护与循环再生,提高水资源利用效率和效益,为永康经济社会可持续发展提供保障。

Seven systems model are employed for promoting stringent water resources management in the Yongkang City of Zhejiang Province. With the expansion of financial support and innovation in water resources management system, priorities are given to modernization, water pollution control, optimized allocation of water resources, water recycling and conservation and increase of water use efficiency and benefit, on the basis of bearing capacity of water resources and environment and following the nature law and rules of economic and social development, which provides a base for sustainable economic and social development in Yongkang City.
