摘要 简述大型风电铸件的特点、要求及铸造难度。阐述该类铸件的造型方法、型芯设计工艺参数的选取、浇注系统设计、熔炼浇注工艺。介绍了一种简易的组箱组芯铸造工艺。对容易产生的缩孔缩松、球化衰退、组织偏析、白口倾向等缺陷进行了原因分析并提出了防止措施。为大型风电铸件的生产提供有力的参考。 The characteristics, requirements and the casting difficulties of large-scale wind power casting were summarized. The molding method, design technological parameter selection of mould and core, gating system and melting and pouring of the casting were presented. One simple box and core assembly casting technique was introduced. The cause of casting defects such as shrinkage, degradated spheroidisation, segregation and chilling tendency was analyzed and preventive measures were put forward, which provides a technical guidance for the production of large-scale wind power castings.
