Research on the Knowledge Integration Pattern of the Strategic Alliance for Industrial Technology Innovation

产业技术创新战略联盟是一个知识联盟,通过整合各种优势知识资源,提升产业竞争力。在分析产业技术创新战略联盟知识整合过程基础上,结合知识创新内容探讨联盟知识整合模式,即基于标准创新的知识整合模式与基于模块创新的知识整合模式,并引入定位理论深入分析联盟成员的知识整合。研究表明,产业技术创新战略联盟中各成员准确定位有助于明确其技术创新方向,优化配置各种知识资源,促进产业技术创新能力的提升。

Strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation is a knowledge alliance,promoting industrial competitiveness by integrating a variety of superior knowledge resources.Based on the analysis of the knowledge integration process of the strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation,this paper explores the alliance knowledge integration pattern in combination with the knowledge innovation content,namely,the knowledge integration pattern based on standard innovation and the knowledge integration pattern based on module innovation.The paper then analyzes the knowledge integration of the alliance members in depth by introducing the theory of positioning.The research indicates that the accurate positioning of the members in the strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation helps make clear the direction of technology innovation,optimize the allocation of various knowledge resources and promote the increase of the industrial technology innovation capability.
