高校教师信息需求和信息行为相关性研究——以江西农业大学为例 被引量:14

摘要 了解不同类型高校教师的信息需求有利于图书馆提供个性化服务。本研究以江西农业大学教师为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,了解图书馆资源满足高校教师信息需求的现状,探析年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、研究领域对高校教师信息需求和信息行为的影响,以及不同类型高校教师在教学科研中所倚重的信息资源、信息交流方式、获取信息行为以及信息获取中遇到的障碍,提出高校图书馆馆藏建设与信息服务对策。 Learning the information demand of teachers in different types of universities will help libraries provide personalized service.Taking the teachers of Jiangxi Agricultural University as the object of investigation,this paper uses the questionnaire method to learn the current situation of how library resources meet the information demand of university teachers.The paper explores the influence of age,educational background,title,seniority and research domain on the information demand and behavior of university teachers.The paper also discusses what kinds of information resources the teachers of different types of universities prefer to use in their teaching and scientific research,their information exchange ways,their behavior in acquiring information,and the obstacles they encounter in information acquisition.Finally,the paper proposes some countermeasures for university libraries in library collection construction and in providing information service.
