训练对航天操作任务复杂度与操作时间相关性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Training-degree on Correlation Between Operation Complexity and Operation Time During Space Mission

摘要 目的通过分析训练程度对操作复杂度与操作时间相关性的影响,探讨航天操作复杂度度量方法在实际应用中的有效性和局限性。方法 28名志愿者进行3种复杂度水平、共9个模拟航天应急故障单元操作训练。分析初训阶段和定训阶段平均操作时间的变化,建立操作复杂度值与操作时间之间的线性回归方程,并比较不同训练阶段回归系数的差异。结果 1)在初训阶段和定训阶段,高复杂度和中复杂度操作单元平均操作时间明显大于低复杂度操作单元(P<0.01),高复杂度操作单元平均操作时间明显大于中复杂度单元(P<0.01);定训阶段与初训阶段相比,高、中和低3个复杂度水平操作单元平均操作时间均显著减少(P<0.001)。2)在2个训练阶段,操作时间与用3种复杂度度量方法得到的复杂度值呈现明显的线性相关关系;定训阶段与初训阶段相比,用同一种度量方法建立的回归方程的回归系数均明显减小(P<0.05)。结论训练程度对操作复杂度与操作时间相关性有显著影响,本实验前期提出的复杂度度量方法可适用于不同训练阶段。 Objective To study the validity and limitation of the method in practice application by analyzing the effect of training-degree on correlation between operation complexity and operation time during space mission.Methods Twenty-eight participants performed 9 spacecraft emergency operation units being divided into 3 complexity levels.After analyzing the changes of average operation time at the first training stage and at the final training stage,we established the fitting linear equation between complexity and average operation time,and then compared the variety of the equation coefficient.Results 1)Either at the first training stage or at final training stage,the average operation time of the high and middle complexity levels was longer than that of the low complexity levels significantly(P0.01),and the average operation time at the final training stage was less than that at the first training stage significantly(P0.001).2)At the both stages,the average operation time correlated with the value of the complexity,with a correlation coefficient above middle levels;The coefficient at the final training stage regression equation was much less than that at the first training stage with the same measuring method(P0.05).Conclusion Training-degree is of a significant effect to correlation between task complexities and operation time,also it proves that the measuring method is effective at different training stages.
