克银Ⅰ号方对寻常型银屑病患者表皮角朊细胞中c-myc表达的影响

Influence of No.1 Keyin Recipe on the Expression of c-myc in Psoriatic Keratinocytes

目的:观察克银Ⅰ号方对寻常型银屑病患者表皮角朊细胞中c-myc表达的影响;方法:应用免疫组化法检测寻常型银屑病患者治疗前后角朊细胞中c-myc的表达,将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例服用克银Ⅰ号方,对照组20例服用阿维A胶囊,并与正常对照组11例作对比。结果:银屑病患者皮损处的表达明显增高,与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗后c-myc表达水平均下降,与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。角朊细胞中c-myc的表达水平与银屑病的病理改变明显相关。结论:克银Ⅰ号方治疗银屑病可通过降低表皮角朊细胞中c-myc的表达水平发生治疗效果。

Objective：To observe the number of No.1 Keyin recipe on psoriasis epidermal keratinocytes in the c-myc expression.Methods：Immunohistochemical staining psoriasis keratinocytes before and after treatment of c-myc expression,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients taking No.1 Keyin recipe,the control group,20 patients taking Avi A capsules,and 11 patients with normal controls for comparison.Results：The expression of psoriatic skin lesions of patients at significantly increased,compared with the control group there was significant difference（P0.01）,after treatment,c-myc expression levels were decreased,and the normal control group,no significant difference（P0.05）.Keratinocyte expression of c-myc levels and significantly related to pathological changes of psoriasis.Conclusion：No.1 Keyin recipe on the treatment of Psoriasis Ⅰ can be reduced in the epidermal keratinocyte expression of c-myc-treatment effect.
