胆石利通片治疗胆石症100例疗效观察

Clinical Obserxation of Danshilitong Tablets in Treating 100 Cases of Cholelithiasis

目的:探讨胆石利通片治疗胆石症的疗效。方法:100例胆石症患者随即分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用口服步长胆石利通片,6片/次(0.45g×6),3次/d,疗程3个月;对照组采用口服鹅去氧胆酸(CDCA)与苯巴比妥联合用药,CDCA每日12～15mg/kg,早晚进餐时分次口服,苯巴比妥每次15mg,每日2次,疗程6个月。结果:治疗组总显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组。步长胆石利通片具有较强的溶石排石作用。结论:步长胆石利通片是目前治疗胆石症较为理想的中成药。

Objective：To investigate the treatment of Danshilitong tables value of cholelithiasis.Methods：100 patients with cholelithiasis were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group were received with Buchang Danshilitong tables in oral,6 tables every time（0.45g×6）,3 times every day in oral,the course of treatment were three months.The control group were taken with CDCA 12~15mg/kg every day and PB 15 mg every time,at the time of dinner in morning and night in oral,the course were 6 months.there were no side effects,it was better the CDCA with PB.Results：The total rate of clinical efficau in study group were better than in control group.Conclusion：Buchang Danshilitong tables were very effective in treatment with all kinds of cholelithiasis.There were no side effects.It was a good traditional Chinese medicine in therapeutic cholelithiasis.
