摘要
结合长春图书馆人才队伍建设的实践,从构建人力资源结构体系、打造求实创新人才队伍两个层面,提出以人为本,以共同的文化理念为基础,以因才施用为动力的人才培养机制,为图书馆的事业发展提供内动力。
According to the practice of Changchun Library, from the two aspects of structural system of human resources and construction of a team striving for realism and innovation, the paper proposes a human-oriented talent training mechanism which is based on common culture concept and pays attention to the ability of the staff,aiming to supply inner motivation for the development of the library.
