新时期我国草地环境科学发展战略的思考

Perspectives on the New-era Strategies for Advancing Grassland Ecology & Environmental Studies in China

本文对世界草地环境科学的最新研究成果与发展趋势进行了综述,深入分析了当前我国草地环境面临的主要问题;首次提出了精细草业的概念,论述了新时期我国草地管理的国家目标和草地环境科学发展的创新战略,并分析了我国在草地环境领域取得突破的机遇。旨在为今后我国制定草地环境领域的政策规划、研究方向及学科布局提供依据。

In this paper,the up-to-date advances and development trend in grassland ecology & environmental studies in the world were reviewed,and an in-depth analysis of issues facing grassland environment and sustainable utilization in China was made.Accurate farming of grassland,an innovative,new concept,was proposed for the first time.Perspectives on the new-era strategies for advancing grassland ecology & environmental studies in China were expounded.Finally,chances for making breakthroughs in the ecological studies of grassland environment in China were justified,with a view to providing scientific support for policy-making as well as for national planning & design of research directions and new projects in the future.
