摘要
结合江苏省某A2/O工艺污水处理厂的工程实践,以工艺全流程各能耗单元为研究对象,对污水处理厂的主要能耗点进行识别;并综合污水处理厂的进水水质和水量与主要能耗点的能耗特征,深入剖析主要能耗点的节能潜力及节能途径。结果表明,进水泵房、曝气系统和混合动力系统节能空间分别为20%、40%和40%,污水处理厂年均节能潜力可达到26.9%。同时可以节省17.5%的生物段池容。采用节能措施后,该污水处理厂的电耗可由目前的0.261 kW.h/m3降到0.191 kW.h/m3,电费节省可达128.52万元/a。
The main energy consumption units of a wastewater treatment plant using A2/O process in Jiangsu Province were identified. The energy-saving potential and energy-saving ways of the main energy consumption units were analyzed based on the influent quality and quantity and the energy consumption characteristics. The results showed that the energy-saving space of water pumping station, aeration system and hybrid power system were 20%, 40% and 40%, the average annual energy-saving potential of the WWTP could reach 26.9% , and 17.5% of biological tank volume could be saved. After the energy-saving measures were taken, the total electricity consumption was reduced from 0. 261 kW · h/m3 to 0. 191 kW ·h/m3, with an annual saving of electricity cost of 1. 285 2 million yuan.
