摘要
介绍了由Simatic S7-400 PLC、通用变频器MicroMaster和工控组态软件WinCC组成的基于Profibus-FMS总线的分布式控制系统及其在头屯河污水处理厂的应用。系统采用集中管理、分散控制的方式,上位机负责现场设备的远程控制和监视,控制站负责对具体的工艺、设备、主要被控参数进行控制及采集各种运行数据;上位机与PLC之间组网简单、运行速度快、通信稳定性强,提高了污水处理设备的运行效率和管理水平,具有推广应用价值。
A distributed control system based on Profibus-FMS, composed of Simatic S7-400 PLC, converter MicroMaster and software WinCC, and its application at Toutunhe WWTP are introduced. The system adopts a centralized management and decentralized control mode. The upper-level machine is in charge of remote control and supervision of the devices in the field, and the control station is in charge of controlling the specific process, equipment and main parameters and collecting the various operation data. The system has the characteristics of easy networking between the upper-level machine and PLC, rapid operation speed and stable communication, which improves operation efficiency and man- agement level of wastewater treatment equipments. The system is worth to be widely applied.
