摘要 创新型国家离不开创新型人才,学生创新能力的培养是时代赋予高校的历史使命。医学工程学生由于其与医学尤其是影像医学的紧密关系,不仅要求学生具有一定的医学知识,更要具有利用理工科知识分析并解决医学问题的能力。本文从图像分割这一具体科研领域着手,首先阐述了图像分割的概念与基本算法,接着介绍了图像分割在医学工程中的重要作用,最后结合肝脏CT图像分割与视网膜血管图像分割这两个实际课题,以及在科研过程中学生所遇到的一些与图像分割相关的问题和我们在学生培养过程中的引导方法,由浅入深地重点阐述了图像分割在医学工程学生创新能力培养中的重要作用,并针对学生在具体实践过程中对最终分割结果的质量评价不够重视的现象,强调了全方位、多领域培养学生创新能力的必要性。 Innovation-oriented country is closely related with innovative talents, and the innovation ability training for college students is the historical mission of Universities. Since medical engineering students are closely related with the medical science and especially, medical imaging, they are asked to master not only medical knowledge, but also science and engineering knowledge to analyze and solve medical problems. Focusing on image segmentation, a specific field of scientific research, this paper first describes the concept and basic algorithms of image segmentation, then presents the important role of image segmentation in medical engineering. Combining in progressive approach with two practical research projects, liver CT image segmentation and retinal blood vessels image segmentation, and with our guidance methods whenever the students encounter problems associated with image segmentation during their research, this paper finally focuses on the important role of image segmentation on innovation ability training for medical engineering students. Taking into account the students do not attach importance to the quality evaluation of the final segmentation results in practice, this paper also emphasizes on the necessities of training comprehensive and multi-areas innovation ability for medical engineering college students.
