摘要
研制了一种碱性锌酸盐镀锌添加剂 DE- 99,并从分子结构上分析了该添加剂的性能特征 ,该添加剂电流密度范围广 ,对温度敏感性小 ,操作简单 ;另外 ,通过电镀试验比较了该添加剂与 DE-81、ZBD- 81光亮组合添加剂的电镀效果。
A kind of additive, DE 99, for use in zincate zinc plating was developed. The characteristics of the additive was analysed based on its molecular structure. The properties of the additive in zincate zinc plating was tested. The experimental results show that the additive has advantages of large current density range for bright coating, less sensitive to temperature change and easy to operate. Comparison between the effect of additive DE 99 on electroplating and that of combination brightener DE 81 and ZBD 81 was also made through electroplating experiment.
