摘要
载体光亮剂在氯化物镀锌中起着细化晶粒和增加主光亮剂溶解度的作用。用硫酸作酯化剂酯化处理 OP,制备出了一种乳化能力强 ,浊点高于 82℃的氯化物镀锌光亮剂载体。研究了硫酸用量、反应时间及反应温度对浊点的影响 ,确定了最佳反应条件为 OP∶ H2 SO4=1∶ 4 .5(摩尔比 ) ,反应温度为 90℃ ,反应时间 50~ 6 0 min。
Carrier of brightener acts as fining the crystal size, making main brightener more soluble in chloride zinc plating. A new carrier was obtained by using sulfuric acid to sulphate OP. The carrier whose cloud point is higher than 82℃ has high emulsion capability. Effect of the amount of sulfuric acid, reaction time and reaction temperature on cloud point were discussed. The best reaction conditions were determined as follow:OP∶H 2SO 4=1∶4 5(moL/moL),the reaction temperature being 90℃,and the reaction time being 50~60 min
