摘要 Th17细胞亚群是一类依赖自细胞介素（IL）-23，以分泌IL-17和IL-22为特征，而不产生干扰素（IFN）γ和IL-4的T淋巴细胞亚群。IL-17受体在肝脏内所有类型的细胞（肝细胞、枯否细胞、星状细胞、胆管上皮细胞和窦状上皮细胞）中均可检测到，因此，IL-17不但可以刺激肝内非实质细胞分泌促炎因子和趋化因子，诱导肝脏炎症，还可能刺激肝实质细胞产生C反应蛋白，抑制凋亡，
