摘要 病例教学法(case-based study,CBS)是一种以病例为基础的教学法。临床营养学是研究营养与疾病关系的一门学科,包括疾病的营养代谢、营养治疗以及营养预防。将病例教学法引入临床营养教学中,将疾病的饮食治疗原则与临床具体病例联系起来讲解,介绍临床营养师进行该类疾病饮食治疗的情况,师生共同分析及制定营养治疗方案。提高了学生学习的兴趣和求知欲,将理论学习与实践工作结合起来,加深了对理论知识的理解,提高了实践工作能力。 Case-based study(CBS)regards case as base in medical classes.Clinical nutrition is nutrition of patients in health care.It aims to keep a healthy energy balance in patients.It incorporates mainly the scientific fields of nutrition,dietetics and clinical medicine.Through the analysis of the case,CBS cultivates the comprehensive qualities of the students,guides the students to combine theory with clinical practice.The application of CBS in the course of clinical nutrition fully moved the activeness of the students,gains satisfactory teaching results,which is a very effective method that can elevates both teaching quality and student ability.
