摘要
以 2 ,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰为硫化剂、 110 - 2甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为原料 ,制备出外观无瑕疵 ,邵尔A硬度 5 5～ 70度 ,最小扯断力 90～ 180N的硅橡胶胶管。讨论了补强剂。
The silicone rubber pipe with flawless appearance,Share hardness 55～70,breakdown force 90～180 N,were made from 110-2 methyl vinylsilicone rubber,with 2,4 dichlorobenzoyl peroxide as vulcanizing agent.The effects of the reinforcer,vulcanizing agent and structural control agent on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber pipe were discussed.
