The＂listening＂teaching is a new teaching paradigm based on reflection on the＂lecturing＂ pedagogy.Differing from the traditional teaching evaluation,the ＂listening＂ teaching evaluation follows＂logic of difference＂and puts the priority of differences as the core.Respecting differences,understanding differences,appreciating differences and promoting differences is the essence of the＂listening＂teaching evaluation view,whose main characteristics are understanding and promotion,combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,consultation and dialogue.
