摘要
倾听教学是在反思"讲授"教育学旨趣的基础上形成的一种新型的教学样态。与传统教学评价不同,倾听教学评价遵循"差异逻辑",并将差异的优先性放在首位。尊重差异、理解差异、欣赏差异与促进差异是倾听教学评价观的本质。理解与促进、质性统整、协商与对话是倾听教学评价观的主要特征。
The"listening"teaching is a new teaching paradigm based on reflection on the"lecturing" pedagogy.Differing from the traditional teaching evaluation,the "listening" teaching evaluation follows"logic of difference"and puts the priority of differences as the core.Respecting differences,understanding differences,appreciating differences and promoting differences is the essence of the"listening"teaching evaluation view,whose main characteristics are understanding and promotion,combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,consultation and dialogue.
