摘要
带状组织包括一次带状组织和二次带状组织,是20CrMnTi等亚共析钢常见的组织缺陷,使产品的力学性能显著降低。一次带状组织产生的根本原因是枝晶偏析,通过控制连铸水冷可以抑制该带状组织的产生。通过钢的模拟冷却试验,研究了齿轮钢20CrMnTi二次带状组织的变化规律,根据铁碳相图和亚共析钢的连续冷却曲线,提出了两相区(F+A)快冷可以避免二次带状组织(通常所称的带状组织)出现的理论。
Banded structure including first banded structure and secondary banded structure is a defect of microstructure in hypoeutectoid steels,which deteriorates mechanical properties of products significantly.The formation of first banded structure is due to dendritic segregation,and it can be restrained by controlled casting and cooling.The secondary banded structure of a hypoeutectoid steel 20CrMnTi was studied by simulating cooling tests after austenization.It is found that the secondary banded structure in 20CrMnTi steel can be eliminated by fast cooling in two-region based on reguilibrium diagram and CCT curves of the steel.
