阶段理论视角下的网络危机传播 被引量:4

摘要 当前,全球进入风险社会阶段,而处于转型期的中国,各种社会问题频出不穷,再加上新媒体环境的出现,使当今世界的危机和危机传播问题变得更加复杂和多样化。新型信息传播工具如微博、手机短信等不仅为危机的扩散与传播提供了便利,大大加速了信息的传播,更增加了危机的不可控性。危机从开始到结束的过程当中。
