口腔颌面部血管瘤综合治疗效果分析

Effect analysis of comprehensive treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma

目的分析综合治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的效果。方法统计2007年11月至2009年12月颌面部处患有血管瘤的患者115例,43例采用外科手术,53例采用硬化治疗(29例选用平阳霉素,24例选用鱼肝油酸钠),10例采用激光治疗,9例采用冷冻治疗。对所有患者进行3年的随访记录,比较治愈情况。结果经手术治疗的患者有37例治愈,百分率为86.0%;经硬化治疗的患者有30例治愈,百分率为56.6%(选用平阳霉素62.1%,选用鱼肝油酸钠50%);经激光治疗的患者有3例治愈,百分率为30%;经冷冻治疗的患者有3例治愈,百分率为33.3%。选择其他方式治疗的患者所获得的治愈百分率均较手术治疗患者低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗中以手术方式为主,其他方式为辅。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods Statistize November 2007 - December 2009 maxillofaeial hemangioma patients 115 eases ,43 eases treated by surgery,53 cases treated by sclerotherapy （29 patients selected BLM,24 patients with cod liver oil used sodium）, 10 cases treated by laser treatment ,9 cases treated by cryotherapy. All patients were follow - uped 3 years, compared cure situa- tion. Results After surgery, 37 patients were cured, the percentage was 86. 0% ;after sclerotherapy, 30 patients were cured,the percentage was 56. 6% （62. 1% used Bleomycin, cod liver oil used sodium 50% ） ;After laser treatment three patients were cured, the percentage of 30% ; Patients treated by freezing three patients were cured, the percentage was 33.3%. Percentage of cured patients choose other methods of treatment was lower than the patients receive surgical treatment, there is significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The comprehensive treatment of the surgical - based, supplemented by other means.
