通过分析研究奥克兰大学图书馆学科馆员培训模式的特点,充分认知奥克兰大学图书馆对学科馆员的能力要求和角色定位,以及他们独具特色的学科馆员培训机构、培训内容和培训方式,其成功经验为国内高校图书馆学科馆员培训模式的建立提供大量启示。
Through the analysis of the subject librarian training model in the university of Auckland library,the paper analyzes the university of Auckland library on the requirements of subject librarians' capability and the role definition,as well as their unique subject librarian training institutions,training content and training method.Their successful experience provides a great deal of the enlightenment about the establishment of the subject librarian training model in the domestic university library.
